DURATION OF FUNCTION
Day time functions (lunch & afternoon tea) must be over by 4.30 unless arranged prior. Dinner events must finish at 12pm.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 10% to be paid.
Full payment for your event is due 10 days prior to the event date.
FINALISED NUMBERS AND MENU
The final number of guests attending is required no later than 10 days prior to your event.
The final number indicated at 10 days prior will be the minimum number charged for, regardless of last minute cancellation.
Menus are changed seasonally and are confirmed 10 days prior to your event.
