Join us for a relaxed long lunch celebrating the hidden gems of Northern Italian cuisine. Simone (owner and chef of The Trading Post) will take you on a journey through his homeland of Piemonte with a carefully crafted three-course menu, each dish inspired by the region’s rich traditions.
And because you can’t talk Northern Italy without talking wine, there’s an optional pairing featuring four exceptional wines that will transport your tastebuds straight to the rolling hills of Barolo.
Hosted by Vicki Ravlich-Horan from Nourish Magazine, this event also offers a sneak peek of the Taste of Northern Italy Tour in September 2025. From truffle hunting to balsamic vinegar tastings, this small group tour is packed with delicious discoveries and unforgettable stories.
