Salatini - An Artisian apperitivo

When two Italian artisans join forces (Simone from The Trading Post and Daniele from Cuore di Gelato), you know you’re in for something special.

As part of the Flavours of Plenty festival, Salatini is a celebration of Italian culture, bringing people together for an aperitivo-style gathering.

Enjoy a buffet of artisan-crafted bites — cheeses, bruschetta, and meats — alongside all-you-can-eat gelato from Cuore di Gelato.

With live music and a relaxed atmosphere, guests are invited to mingle and enjoy the social side of food.

Transport is included in your ticket (pick up 11.30 am at Gravatt Rd Pāpāmoa Plaza, stop #1512) Drop off at approx 3.30 pm.

All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy an afternoon of Italian-inspired indulgence.

Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Dairy Free options are available on request.
